We've missed Chris and Laura and their son A since they returned to the US last autumn from their 5-year assignment here. Chris had business in the UK last week, so Laura and A joined him for a visit to Horsham and London. They spent the first few days of their stay with us. We enjoyed catching up over Indian food on Sunday night, but during the week while Chris and D were hard at work, I got to spend fun time with Laura and her son. They became reacquainted with Horsham...
...including it's outdoor cafes. Little A particularly enjoyed eating the M&M's off of the top of this dessert bar...
...reacquainting himself with the local playgrounds....
...and seeing the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace.
He's a chocolate-eating, active, fun-loving kid who enjoys British history and pageantry -- my kind of guy!
