Fuller's Brewery

In honor of Dawn & Greg's last full day in England, Pete led us to the historic Fuller's Brewery in London for a brewery tour and beer tasting. He convinced the brewery to conduct a special tour for us (normally, no tours are conducted during the weeks of Christmas and New Years) so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Our tour guide was great, and because we were a small group we were able ask lots of questions. Pete, the beer connoisseur, kept the tour guide on her toes -- and even he was impressed! I learned a lot. We had an opportunity at the end of the tour to sample the many varieties of Fuller Ales -- all of which are non-pasteurized and therefore sold within three weeks of production here in the UK. What fun!
