France

Jason & Jackie left here yesterday and headed to Paris on the Eurostar train. (For all of the Jason & Jackie fans: They let us know that they made it to Paris safe & sound and they are enjoying themselves there.) I miss them already!

The French leg of their trip reminded me that I had yet to post photos from our trip to France with my parents in August. So here they are. We started in Paris and followed the Seine through Normandy. We visited Claude Monet's home in Giverny, Richard the Lionheart's hilltop castle fortification in Les Andelys, Joan of Arc's home city of Rouen, the lovely dock in Honfleur, and the famous WWII Normandy landing sites including Omaha Beach. It was a beautiful trip, and we had a great time with my Mom & Dad.
