London and Windsor

More with Jason & Jackie

On Tuesday we went back to London for the day and saw some sights we hadn't seen earlier. Among other things, we rode a double-decker red tour bus and toured Westminster Abbey. We had a fun lunch at a pub; we were joined at the table by a lively Scottish man with lots of stories to tell! Yesterday, Jason headed to the British Orthopedic conference in Manchester and D departed for a meeting in Birmingham (north of London) -- leaving Jackie and me to enjoy a relaxing day in Horsham. Today, the two of us went to Windsor, where we toured Windsor Castle and walked through the towns of Windsor and Eton. We happened to arrive at the castle at the Changing of the Guard -- fun to see!
