1. liable to sudden unpredictable change, mercurial twists of temperament; "She certainly displays polterratic behavior";

3. behaving like planetary vagabonds; "The two of them are on another trip?!? They're acting polterratically again!"

Ok, I have finally caught up!!!
I just realized I can be commenting on the way, but maybe since I was so far behind, it is better that I do it now.
What was the significance of touching the dragon in Barcelona?
I was wondering what the statue is supposed to depict in the Horsham Market area that looks kind of like a acorn opening?
Lastly, after seeing the yellow "golden rod"-like plant in some of the photos, I was wondering how your alergies are over there?
How was Dave's birthday? Sorry we could not catch up with you on the Skype.
Love,
Maria
Hi Maria:
In response to your questions--
1) There is no significance to touching the dragon in Barcelona. The statue is well-known, so everyone poses next to it!
2) The statue in Horsham (you think it looks like an acorn opening, I think it looks like a globe splitting open) was built to commemorate the poet Percy Bysshe Shelley, who was born here. There is a plaque with one of his poems on it next to the statue. The whole thing is actually a water sculpture, but the water is off now because it has been so dry that the town is observing water conservation measures.
3) The fields of golden plants in some of our early Spring pictures were fields of Oilseed Rape. It is the plant from which "Canola Oil" is made. It has beautiful yellow flowers for a month or so, but they have a funny smell. And thanks for asking about my allergies -- I've actually been great! No allergies meds at all thus far this Spring.
4) The birthday was great -- we spent the day around Horsham and went out to a very nice dinner.
XOXO's,
A.
